This policy describes how I&N Accounting LLC ("we," "us") handles information collected through this website, iandnaccounting.com. It covers our contact form, our use of Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection, and the cookie consent choices available to you. It does not cover information you share with us directly by phone or in person, which is handled according to our normal confidentiality practices as an accounting and tax practice.

Information Collected Through Our Contact Form

When you submit our contact/appointment request form, we collect the name, contact details (email and, optionally, phone number), and message you provide. That submission is sent through a server-side function running on our website host (Cloudflare Pages Functions) to Formspree, a third-party form-processing service, which delivers it to us. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry or appointment request — we do not sell it, rent it, or use it for unrelated marketing.

Please don't include Social Security numbers or other sensitive account details in the contact form; our form itself asks you not to, for your protection.

Spam Protection

Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a challenge service that helps confirm a submission is coming from a real person rather than automated software. Turnstile is an essential, always-on part of how the form works and is not optional.

Cookies and Your Choices

This site uses a cookie consent banner with four categories:

• Essential — required for the site to function (including spam protection on our forms). Always on.
• Analytics — helps us understand website traffic and improve the site.
• Personalization — improves user experience and personalizes the content you see.
• Marketing — identifies email for promotions and customizes advertisements.

Your choices for the non-essential categories are stored in your browser's local storage, not in a server-side profile, and you can change them at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" control in the footer of every page.

Analytics

If enabled, and only with your Analytics consent, this site may use Google Analytics 4 and/or Microsoft Clarity (with masking applied to reduce the collection of personal content) to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. Neither tool is activated for visitors who have not given Analytics consent.

No Sale of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information collected through this website to any third party.
